I don't know what Google is doing with their blogging software, but I have been unable to comment on Blogspot blogs since they rolled out new software a few weeks ago. As I am unable to post a link to my Wordpress blog, I thought I would try to give you a clickable link here - its Images Past - that should take you to the Home Page.
